Hands carefully harvest the olives, the air is filled with the scents of autumn, and the light turns golden:

In the early morning, the olive groves echo with voices, and by the afternoon, the first crates arrive at our estate’s mill.

Here, without delay, the olives are pressed,
preserving all the freshness of the fruit.

It is at this very moment, when the olive must become a bright and fragrant liquid, that our “green gold” takes life: a precious gift from nature and from the patient work of those who cultivate it.
Its profile is intense and unmistakable:
notes of artichoke, fresh almond, tomato leaf, and cut grass weave together into a vibrant bouquet.
On the palate, balance is accompanied by a pleasant spiciness –
that typical Tuscan character which reveals the authenticity
of an extra virgin olive oil made with passion!
