Our Gagliole IGT 2011 is the first vintage that contains the best grapes from Castellina and from our exquisite new vineyards in Panzano. In addition, we processed the best cabernet sauvignon grapes from Panzano according to the new technique called integral vinification (http://new.gagliole.com/en/news/gagliole-started-to-use-integral-vinification-in-2011/).
This resulted in a unique rubin red wine, full bodied with a slightly spicy aroma
